forcing users to actually read content!!!

I would love to make the courses more interesting. In fact, I've been spending some time in an effort to do so. Most of our users lack even basic computer skills and knowledge (I teach a Computer Basics course to help with this problem, and someone once asked me why they can't make the mouse cord longer so they could move around more. No joke). So, the whole thing is frustrating since despite not being comfortable with the computer, employees are always excited to know they can get through their courses online, so I have been hesitant to put too much "activit" in there. I know what you're thinking - all they really have to do is probably click a few buttons here and there. Trust me when I tell you that is even a problem sometimes.I'll stop my rambling because this long story could just get longer. Ben - thanks for leading me to your stuff. If someone doesn't wave the budget wand for me, I will likely consider investing in it on my own. In the meantime, I am going to plug along with all of your ideas in mind.-Jamie
