Force the creation of absolute links to images, js, and css

Hi,
Currently, Lectora uses relative links (see this screen capture: 2010-04-13_1310) when publishing to link from HTML files to images, js, and css. Is there a way to force Lectora to use absolute links? At my company, I can make use of a content distribution network that will cache all my static content. However, I can only use this if the links to this static content is set as absolute with the name of the CDN server as the 'stem' of the url.
For example, now an image refernce looks like this:
src='images/shape006_2220.png'
I want lectora to make append "http://contentservername/" to the front of that url so it becomes "http://contentservername/images/shape006_2220.png".
Thanks,
Marc
