Lectora adding visible garbage code when embedding external HTML

Ok, I tried using your .txt file and got same result - funky characters.
I deleted all in the file and entered just a bit of text. Same result.
So I tried a brand new text file using NotePad w/just some text. Worked - no
funky characters.
So I pasted your stuff into it and got a warning msg about not all
characters being ANSI std or something like that. Went ahead anyway and
seemed to work. No funky characters. So, try that - create a new text file,
put some very simple stuff in it, maybe just text and be sure the file is
okay. If so, then delete all that and paste in your stuff. See what you get.
I tried your fix.. .Success! Simple. Thank you very much for the help Ben.
