Lectora X.1 (6616) crashes and zoom issue

My hypothesis from "January 19, 2010 18:40" turned out to be correct. I downloaded and installed the Pro demo. Then I was able to install, without issue my Pro purchased version.
The next hurdle I had to overcome, was that upon opening my .awt, Lectora would crash immediately. Luckily I had made a backup of a previous version that wasn't too out of date. This backup .awt was experiencing the zooming and intermittent crashes. But I thought that maybe making a new .awt file would solve my issues. So in the backup version, I selected all elements in the Title Explorer, copied them, and then pasted them into a new .awt file.
This new .awt file seems to be working just fine. A little fine tuning is going to be needed to make it function the way it is supposed to. However, I've been working with it for 3 hours and no zooming issues or crashes.
Very weird. I didn't realize that AWT files could become corrupt, but that is apparently what happened to mine.
