Another possible solution (if the DPI is the issue) is to select the option in Lectora to render text as an image. That way you just have another image and it will always display the same. Of course it may look slightly bigger/smaller depending on the resolution of the display but at least you can see all the text.I just tested this and any text box with that option selected looks right, the ones I did not change had the run off issue. That was with Lectora 2006 SP4.
