Font size issue with executable

There definitely are some trade offs making the text appear as images, and depending on your environment they may be acceptable or may not. I was curious about the increase in file size myself- the help file notes the size of the file will increase, but not a specific amount. As a test I just went through and changed all the text on about 65-70 pages of a course to render as images (typed out it is probably around 10 letter size pages) and it changed the size of the executable file about 470K. It also takes a little extra time to either go back and change everything or open up the properties and check the box. I suppose you actually could create a blank box with the render box checked and copy/paste to have the property come over automatically.In any case, glad you were able to see the course properly.
