Font Size in EXE, and DPI, and rendering

Thank goodness I did some widespread beta testing before my main distribution!I have published a course to an .EXE file (it will be sold and downloaded over the internet, eventually), and this course looked great on the first 6 or 7 computers I ran it on. However, one of my beta testers noted that the text sometimes overlaps or runs off the screen or is missing entirely. Thanks to these message boards, I believe the problem is that his appearance settings are set to 120 DPI instead of the more standard 96 DPI; and I've been able to recreate the problem by changing the settings on my own computer to 120 DPI.I know I can solve that problem by rendering the text as an image, but:I don't like what it does to the text, it sometimes seems to change the kerning or squishes some letters together oddlysometimes the text doesn't look as crispI've heard it can cause compatability problems down the lineI've read it increases file sizeIt will be a major pain in the butt to change every last text box!So I have a conundrum. Do I render all the text as images, ensuring that every user sees the same thing, even though it has drawbacks? Or do I leave it as it is, and include a warning that the course is best viewed at 96 DPI, and include instructions on how to change this setting? What would you experienced folks do?Anybody have any feeling for how many users operate at 120 DPI versus 96?Or is there some other option I missed? Any magical way to globally render the text as images without going back and editting every single textbox?Just when I thought I was finally >this< close to launching, something else pops up....grrrrrrr!Thanks for the help.
