Triggering Secondary Narration on a Page

My title includes narration, and the students have the option of turning narration on or off at any time using Ben's Global Audio On/Off Control instructions. So far, so good.But on one page, I give the students some background (which both shown on screen and narrated), and then I instruct them to click on the faces of several potential "clients" to hear the questions the clients might ask. I've used show/hide actions on mouse enter/exit to show an image of a thought bubble with the appropriate question. I'm trying to narrate teh thought bubbles as they are shown. I've tried adding an "on show (or on click), set audio" action on both the image and the thought bubble but can't get it to work. Any ideas?
