In additon to Dave's response (which is dead-on):Using the multi-column Word document regarding events to time to audio, we use another column to note what is to occur when during the audio with specifics, etc., in a numbered bullet list. We then insert bold numbers in parentheses within the narration text to note where these events happen. Instruct the narrator to ignore the bold numbers when recording, and you have a "storyboard" for events relating to the audio.Edited By: JDH on 2008-9-23 21:51:47
