Flash to Lectora issues

Thanks for your information Ben. Actually, there is some other functionality in the .swf that I did not specify in my post. Specifically, it is set up so wherever the learner clicks on the document, an ERROR stamp appears. Flash actually pulls the graphic out of the library and places centered where they click. I don't think I can do that as neatly with Lectora.I think I made my question too complicated by providing too many details. Basically, what I want to be able to do is:-From Flash, change a variable in Lectora that Lectora can then respond to-Be able to change a variable that will be sent as a question response on a test (the test will have both Flash and non-Flash questions). I think I made my original question too complicated. I will ammend it to include information.
