Can I resize the content in browser?

When publishing to HTML in Lectora, is there a way to resize the content in the browser window such that it always fits without scrollbars? I created a Lectora course template (using Lectora 2007) in which I used external HTML script to get rid of the toolbars, menubars, and status bars on the HTML page. Then I sized the course to be 1020 x 708. Those measurements were chosen to be precisely the right size to fill the learner’s screen when the various bars are closed (and the learner has a screen resolution of 1024 x 768). Unfortunately, the person to whom I provided the template decided to resize it to 1024 by 768. Because it launches with a border and a titlebar, there are now scrollbars. So, is there any kind of scripting I can add that will shrink the content to fit the screen, regardless of resolution, and show it full screen? (I'm pretty sure Flash does this.)
