Flash Player versions and audio skins

This is not only happening for audio in our courses, but videos as well. Mainly FLVs that we place in Lectora. When we publish to HTML, it re-processes the FLV (that was created by Adobe Premiere). When we publish to SCORM and place it on our LMS, everyone can view it with no problems. Our reason for publishing it to HTML is so that the business groups (content owners and SMEs) can do acceptance testing, so we have to get this to work when publishing to HTML.This is not only happening for audio in our courses, but videos as well.
