I am sure you are aware of this but just in case based on your comment "Everything runs fine outside of Publisher/Lectora'. Just to be clear, are you expecting this code and stuff to run when you click the Run or Preview buttons in Lectora? If so, they won't. This is JavaScript and only runs once published to some form of HTML.
