Enhancing Courseware Dev Capabilities

Fellow Lectora UsersOur company has been offering CDS options for our clients for a couple years now, and we've become quite proficient using Lectora, screen and simulation capture applications, and sound e-learning design. However, we'd like to take the next step into creating rich-media courseware and presentations. Streaming video and audio are also on the agenda to bring in-house. Can anyone recommend an application, app suite, and/or streaming technology to use with Lectora or outside that we can invest our time and money into and receive good results? Thanks in advance.
