eLearning Brothers Just Bought Lectora

I just discovered this purchase and have signed up for a webinar on 4/30/2020 about what it means to us as developers.
I hope to see you all in the webinar!

I saw it and signed up for the webinar. Our biggest concern was the future of CourseMill, since that is our LMS. Our Trivantis sales rep just replied that they will continue to support it and "it will be around for years to come."
That's odd because Skillsoft bought Trivantis a few years ago. This never bodes well for the software. It needs a complete overhaul. Hopefully they do it right.
Hi all,
Lot's of changes are coming, great changes, and we are really excited about this acquisition. Rather than retiring our products, eLearning Brothers is investing in them.
I run the the CourseMill service desk, and can assure you that CourseMill will continue on. We continue to support CourseMill, and our upgrade schedule for 8.2 remains in place. If you have any ideas as to how we can improve CourseMill and make it even more powerful, please let me know. I would love to hear from you.

Well, John, if that's accurate it is great news because Lectora is stagnant; Inspire needs a complete overhaul and desperately needs it's output to follow current modern web standards, not some wonky proprietary mix (especially with responsive design).
Good luck with the new assets.
I've always liked Lectora above all other authoring tools. I've worked with Lectora since v. 2 and am now beta testing v. 19. I have thoroughly enjoyed Trivantis' dedication to enhancing Lectora to be able to meet accessibility standards. With eLearning Brothers acquiring Trivantis... how will this Community be retitled or impacted? And I hope that eLearning Brothers continue to exercise the same commitment to enhancing the program to always improve accessible course builds as Trivantis did.
