Drag and Drop Questions: Do not work when published

Hey everyone,
I've created a few drag and drop questions (3 correct answers and 1 distractor) as practice activities during a lesson. When I go through the questions in Lectora (preview) everything works fine, I get the appropriate feedback. However, when I publish to HTML, even though I drag the appropriate items to the drop target, it tells me that my answer is incorrect. I am using a button to check the answer and a button to reset the test question.
Any help is greatly appreciated. I have re-do the questions a couple of times.
