Pass and Fail Pages Not Working

Hey there,
when I publish my eLesson to HTML and test it, everything works fine. When I pass the test, I am directed to the passed page and vice versa. However, when I publish the file as SCORM for our LMS, the pass and fail pages are not working properly. When I fail, I am directed to the pass page. The score is correct, but it is taking me to the wrong page.
Got any ideas? Why would it be working as HTML and not as SCORM compliant in our LMS? All other items work, by the way.
