Help - Test Results Page Doesn't Display

Hey there,
I've created a short test and would like the learner to see their score. I have set the test to show the score and then go to a pass page or a fail page depending on the results of the test. In the past I have had not problems with this, however, when I look at the test, I do not see the results page, only my questions.
I think I must have forgotten to do something to generate the results page. Does anyone have any ideas?
