Disabling Checkbox after selection

Right. What I was wanting to do initially is have multiple variables on one element. The more I thought about it, that didn't make sense anyway. What bothered me though is not being able to assign an action directly to a form element.Anyway, good lesson today and it's pretty cool versitle object now. If anyone wants it, let me know and I'll send you the object.
