Customized Test Results - Error creating CBmp object

I have a test with 66 questions and customized test results to show only the questions that were incorrectly answered. During testing on the single file executable, if I get 11 questions wrong, it gives me an error "Error creating CBmp object" and it does not generate the test results page. If I get less than 11 questions wrong, it generates does not give me an error but the test results page has lots of space between the questions. Saba Publisher also seems to have issues with creating the tests results page ---it churns and thinks and sometimes finishes. Other times I have to exit, reboot, and try again.

I have lots of other tests created with the customized results and they don't have a problem. Could it be a memory issue?
