Clip improvements

So, a couple of ways to make clips more useful:
- Allow renaming
- Give them thumbnail images in the "catalog" (what's the right term?)

Allow them to be library items i.e. not just a copy of the original. So when you drag in a scene you cannot edit, you have to edit the master clip and then it will update all instances used in all projects/scenes.

I don't know if that's exactly like a clip, but I'd love to have that sort of "one object used everywhere" functionality (which is present in Lectora).
