Failure to load image on Windows Chrome

One of my testers got the attached image when loading a scenario. The scene uses video (not a still). Any idea what causes this and how to prevent it?

Looks like he may be getting a video driver error there.

Best bet may be to try turning off hardware acceleration in chrome (Settings - Advanced - turn off "Use hardware acceleration when available") This will use Windows to render rather than a video driver

I'm not sure we can direct all our thousands of users to change Chrome settings. OTOH, Chrome is managed in my organization, so maybe I can get IT to push the change out, if necessary. Thanks, John.
