Changed Name of Title and Now There are Problems

Hey there,
I've created three eLessons that we are now in the process of publishing to our LMS - SCORM compliant. The first lesson went well. However, when we started to publish the other two, we noticed that the name of the title was not consistent with the first lesson, so I went into Lectora and changed the name of the title in both of the other lessons and republished them to SCORM compliant zip files. When we uploaded them to our LMS, the LMS keeps getting a run time error and says the following:
>>> COURSE EVENT ::: runtime *FAILURE* , Wed Sep 07 12:49:30 GMT 2011
Runtime Error [type: Communication] - A 'finish' must be sent for a course to be completed correctly.
Level: Critical Error
Details: There has been no communication between the player and the LMS, or the player did communicate but did not exit correctly (no finish command was sent by the player).
Suggestion: Make sure you have launched and exited the course. Look at the Communication trace file to check what communication if any has been sent. The java console might have more information.
I have checked to ensure that actions are included to "complete" the courses, and it works on the other course that was published successful. So it seems that something happened when I changed the title name of these two courses. Got any ideas of what is going on? Any help is greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Stephen
