Captivate 5 animation disappears when lector play button is clicked twice

I have several Captivate 5.5 demonstrations that play in my course. I use a play button in Lectora to play the demo. All is fine unless I click the play button again. The demo goes white except for the navigation bar.

If I navigate the captivate with the navigation bar, it reappears. Has any one else had this issue? Any resolutions?
