Publish for Decision Critical Issues

I am creating a course for the LMS, Decision Critical and it seems Lectora is writing some cmi variables that cause an error on their LMS. These are the cmi variables that Decision Critical cannot use:
cmi.interactions.id
cmi.interactions.time
cmi.interactions.type
cmi.interactions.n.correct_responses.n.pattern
cmi.interactions.n.weighting
cmi.interactions.n.student_response
cmi.interactions.n.result
cmi.interactions.n.latency
Lectora is setting these variables in "scofunctions.js"
I have three questions...
1. Is there a setting when I publish to SCORM 1.2 that will have Lectora not set these variables?
2. Can I go into the Javascript file and comment out that part of the function without blowing up the course?
3. Is there another way to remove these variables?
