Can't seem to fail a quiz...

Hello.
Tried opening your file with Lectora 9.3 but kept getting a error message saying " file corrupted" and thus could not open it. This keeps happening with most files that I try to download from the files section.
Anyway, I was able to run the published file and got the certificate even though I too failed all the questions. Did you check grade the test questions?
