I also have the integrator on my machine when I tried to replicate the issue. I don't think that would be the cause of the problem.Yes, try uninstalling Lectora. Perhaps a file got corrupted. You may want to uninstall the PPT integrator as well. Then reinstall Lectora, try the tools to make sure they now work. Then re-apply the service pack update (SP3a) and install the integrator.
