Button Wizard Problem

I haven't had anyone else report this problem and I wasn't able to replicate it going through the steps you mentioned. Can you try creating a new title, using the "new title" tab from the opening dialog? This will create a title with a single page and nothing else. Try using the button wizard from here. Start with adding one of the premade buttons from the "Stock button from clipart option".
