Not too hard here. Find out the size of your Flash or video. Create a chapter at the end of your title - I usually call mine Popups. On the chapter Properties I disinherit everything from the title so all the pages are clean. Add a page and set it to the size of the Flash. Then the action is a Go To Chapter, Section, Page and specify that Popup page in a new window.Not too hard here. Find out the size of your Flash or video.
