Audio file won';t replace in Lectora 16

Hi, I'm trying to replace an audio file (which I've achieved many times), but it won't replace. I've tried rebooting Lectora; replacing the file in the media folder manually - then reinserting it after removing it in the course tree, through the resource manager, editing in the audio editor - which won't allow me to paste from the clipboard. Has anyone else experienced this issue, if so, how did you resolve it.
