'Pause all' button

Inside the CVR app on a VR Headset, there is a feature that pauses the entire scene, (including any pop-up videos running etc.), and when you hit play, it picks up where it left off.
I would love for this feature to be implemented so it can be done on any device e.g. PC Desktop. At the moment there is the 'Pause Scene' action, and you can 'Pause' any additional videos, but to get the correct content playing again when you want to resume (if I have multiple additional videos) will take a few actions and variables.
I have found that especially for longer scenes that are movie like and require my full attention (when using a PC Desktop) I have needed to pause the scene easily and leave my desk.
