XML Video Player on LMS

I have an flv video player with a list that is populated by an XML file that I need to work on an LMS. I have loaded the initial swf on a Lectora page and added the XML, flv, and swf for the skin as Additional Files, but it is not working. I can get the player to work in Preview mode if I physically more the additional files to the images folder, but they are not in the images folder after I publish to SCORM. I've unzipped the SCORM file, moved the additional files into the images folder, rezipped the file and sent it to the LMS, but it still is not working.
