Working with titles using iframe code

I have a course title I'm trying to update with current info. Problem is the course uses Iframes to show pages, various activities, and even another title within this one course. I have been able to figure out where most changes have to occur, my problems is publishing the course title correctly, Each time I have tried the course can not find the new source files (html, pdf, etc). This is frustrating because I sure it is something quite simple I'm doing wrong.
