Creating Tally Forms

I created a poll or survey just using radio buttons or form objects. I would like to be able to track the responses as users take the course. So I want the answers to be retained each time a new student takes the course. I should also tell you that I did not use the survey object to create the poll/survey. I just inserted a radio button group on to a pop-up page and depending how the user responds in guides them to either another pop-up page in the string or takes them back to the course where I would like for them to see the results. If it would help I could perhaps zip up the title and foward to an address. Let me know.I created a poll or survey just using radio buttons or form objects.
