Why is a scenario on Meta Quest 2 suddenly not working?

Since today a scenario isn't working anymore on Meta Quest 2 with Cenariovr app version 2.98. The scenario did work before; nothing has changed (no new published scenario). Other scenarios seem to have no problems.
The problem occurs in a scenario that starts with a video that is paused at the start and that needs to play after answering a question. But the video won't play anymore.
In preview mode and when the scenario starts in a browser there is no problem.
What has changed in the last week(s) that might cause this problem?

The last release for CenarioVR was around a month ago (bookmarking), so nothing has changed recently. Perhaps you could share that particular scenario with support and they can look into that specific situation.
