What would be best to create a Bonus Question in a random page test?

I have a test that doubles as both a pre-test (to allow the student to by-pass the step-by-step) and a post-test (to test knowledge after going through the step-by-step), and am thinking I would like to add a bonus question to one of the test pages. Can I do this, and if so, how so that it grades correctly? I have the test questions on a "random selection" option so the page with the bonus question may not come up with every individual or every time someone takes the test.
