Error message trying to open Templates

I have been trying to use a template I created a few months ago, and I keep getting an error message: Lectora Professional Publishing Suite (insert Red circle with white X here) "A File Error occurred attempting to extract template files. The template creation cannot continue. [OK]" Unfortunately, I've tried to re-create, save, and open the template and I'm STILL getting the same error. Anyone have ANY ideas?!?
