What LMS Is Best ?

Apologies if this type of post is frowned upon, however I am in need of the community's experiences.My company has Lectora 2008 and we've developed a few training modules (regulatory) which we are publishing as EXE's. The time has come for us to get a LMS and our first instinct is to go with Coursemill, however I've seen on a lot of the posts that people have many different ones. So my question is what would you recommend for a UK Financial Company, who within the next couple of years want to have an extensive elearning library.Many thanks.
