Web 2.0 Pop-ups

I've had plenty of problems with them. Using them on my Scorm courses has caused various LMSSetValue-type error messages to appear in my courses. Removing the web 2.0 option fixes this.I prefer the look of them too but they are no use to me if they cause this trouble.
