Viewer not playing flash objects embedded in PPT Macro enabled Show

Hi,
I've created a PowerPoint Presentaton that has uses some flash objects from the Animation factory.I have saved it as a PowerPoint macro enabled show and I need to embed this in a Lectora program (Lectora 9.3 (6345). The PowerPoint flash plays OK on its own, it still plays OK when I select in the Preview mode (although Lectora stops as it does when this option is used) however when I publish the Lectora program and run it using Lectora Viewer, the areas where the flash objects should be are blank?
I have received an error message from Windows Vista stating that Lectora Viewer requires a file that is no longer supplied with this version of windows (Visat Home Premium) and recommends that I uninstall my version of Flash Player and reisntall the lastest versuion of Adobe Flash. I have done this but there is no difference?
Any advice would be appreciated,
