Rollover effect for cursor

I've just seen an online test that has a feature I'd like to incorporate. When the cursor is moved over some text it chnages to a speaker icon, thus informing the candidate that if they click they can hear the written words spoken. Very useful for helping those with reading problems. Can this be done with Lectora? I can see how to replicate the sound with a transparent button, but what about changing the pointer to a speaker icon?Kind Regards,Tom
