Videos are not correct size

Hello! I am inserting some videos into a lectora lesson and they are importing small, and with the aspect ratios changed.... how can I change this? I tried to resize it and it will not.

Have you tried holding Shift key while using the handles when dragging the video smaller or larger? Did you have to convert the videos before inserting them into the title?
