Video Not Playing

I created some short video demonstrations using SnagIt which I then loaded into my Lectora course. Everything appears and works as it should when I run the course inside Lectora and in HTML. However, after I publish the course to SCORM and upload it to our LMS, some (not all) of the videos don't display - you just a black square on the screen where the video clip should be running. I've tried re-loading the videos and looking at the properties but I can't find my error. I am running Lectora 2008 if that helps.
