Alt Tage

I am a new user working on my first course...When I capture screen shots in Microsoft Excel and use them in Lectora, the alt tags (I think this is what they are called) pop up when running the course. I am using rollovers to explain parts of the worksheet so this additional pop up (alt tags) is distracting. I tried turning them off using the image properties and when publishing the course to HTML but it didn't fix the problem. Does anyone know how I can get rid of this pop up?Thanks!
