I concur with David on the 40 min video. As an experienced instructional designer and trainer, you will have very few who complete it. If they let it run, they most likely will be doing something else in the mean time unless it contains their favorite TV show. Essentially you are overloading their short-term memory and they will retain very little IF they pay attention. Think about it. You can remember a 7 digit phone number without too much trouble. But add another 10 digits and you can't even remember the first 7 any more. Memory overload.
