Formating

I have a template that I am using that shows up great in Lectora - however when I publish as Scorm/WebBased and import to our LMS (Saba) - I lose all the formatting, pics, and buttons that are in the Assignable Unit. I have my pages underneath the AU with Inherit turned on. I think I need to have something in there to inherit the format from between the AU and the pages. Please advise.
