Using accents in fill in the blank question
January 23, 2015 12:00 AM
Hello, I made a fill in the blank question in Lectora 11 and in one blank I used a word with accents (like: shówer). It seems that I can´t use accents in fill in the blank questions, because when the word has accents, the system won´t recognize it as correct even if I writte it correctly.
can any one confirm if I am rigth and accents can´t be used in fill in the blank questions?
Thanks

Does it work for you before publishing? Are you using the multilingual version?
I have the same lectora 11.3.2
I just checked in Lectora 12 using your sample word (shówer) and it worked ok.
works in preview and published. just published and tested there.
no - not got the multilingual version.
Hello SSneg.. ¿Can you tell me what you did exactly?
I used the fill in the blank question and in the answer field I added a spanish word: Oficina de fabricación y distribución. That´s the exact word I used (in fact there are 5 words for one same blank space).
If I then try to fill the blank and correct the question, it won´t recognize it as valid.
I am using the multilanguage version of lectora 11 in spanish. Maybe that´s also an issue.
