Multiple chapters

Ah, now I see what you mean.It's not possible to my knowledge to have more levels then just AU's in Lectora.On the other hand, in my opinion, it would not be really handy to create a structure where some courses are on the same level as some folders. But this is just my opinion.My only solution would be to create multiple AWT-files and publish them to scorm. In this way you can sort out the structure on the server, before uploading it. You can 't call upon an AU within an AU, so that would be out of the question. It might just be a question of adjusting the LMS to fit your needs, where possible.I'm afraid I can't help yuou anymore on this one.
