Using a .ASP file to send an email

In the properties a form or a test, there are settings to send an email with the test results or form fields. This works fine when sitting on our network, however, when published to an AICC LMS lectora sends and error message that the JavaScript Title manager is not supported.
The only apparent option is to use the Sibmit to a CGI program with the POST method using a .ASP file. Does anyone use such a file to have form/test data email back to them? If so, would you share that file?
