Need help with 4 or 5 page course

I need help with my first project as a novice user of Lectora.
This is what I need:
1. Welcome page
2. Objectives
3. Instructions
Includes a link to an external vendor site where they will take a course then return to Lectora for Certification page.
4. Certification
Any suggestions.
